We work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Due to high demand, some items may take slightly longer to arrive, but we’ll keep you updated every step of the way. As a way of making up for longer shipping times, we have made all shipping free of charge.

  • Processing Time: 1–4 business days
  • U.S. Delivery: 7–20 business days
  • International Delivery: 10–25 business days

You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

📦 Packaging & Shipping Integrity

Every product is carefully packed in reinforced protective packaging. We inspect and quality-check each item before it ships to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. If anything ever arrives damaged—we’ll make it right.

🚨 Damaged or Defective Orders

If your item arrives damaged or not functioning properly, contact us immediately at support@broadcrate.com with your order number and a few clear photos. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund quickly—no hassle.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction matters. We accept returns on unused items within 30 days of delivery.

  • Return shipping is covered if the item is damaged or incorrect
  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping
  • Refunds are processed after the item is received and inspected

✉️ Can I Change or Cancel My Order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, yes—email us right away at support@broadcrate.com with your order number and request. Once it ships, we can’t cancel, but we’ll still help you return it if needed.
